Checking out Intrepid Ibex

Checking out Intrepid Ibex so I decided to write a script to install all my favorite applications and remove applications I cant stand. Here is the script you can always copy it and modify it to suit your taste

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get remove --purge tomboy ekiga evolution evolution-common evolution-data-server evolution-webcal f-spot

  1. Hmmm, knowing you, i’m surprised that “nautilus” isn’t in the apt-get remove command.

    But then again, why would anyone want to execute this script that modifies their software selection TO YOUR TASTE?

    I guess there are a lot more wierd people out there, than I imagine, hi hi!

  2. @ nucco i guess you didnt read the line that said “you can always copy it and modify it to suit your taste” the script is meant to be modified to how you like you Ubuntu to be setup you can always add the things you want and remove those you don’t need. you don’t have to blindly copy mine word for word. sometimes reading things through and through helps. It sure saves you from making a fool of your self. guess you are right there are lot more weird* people out there
